A Time to Remember and Give Thanks

During our memorial service, there will be music, readings and a slide presentation featuring the children’s photos and/or names.

Whether or not you can attend, you are invited to include your child’s photo and/or name in the slide presentation. Please RSVP by Friday, Oct 2 to include your child’s photo and/or name in the slide presentation. If you plan to attend, you may bring up to six guests.

To submit your child’s photo, email one photo to evenstar@email.chop.edu with your child’s name in the subject line. You will receive a confirmation email when your photo is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call 215-590-3273.
